if your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.

Its none of those reasons it seems
then I will advice you to reach out to Shopify Support

From what you have described, it sounds like your store suddenly became unavailable after adding your credit card information. I certainly understand why you would want to get this issue resolved!
Have you received any email correspondence from our team in relation to this matter? Sometimes if there are issues with your store or account we will proactively reach out to you with more information. If you do receive such an email, replying to it and working with the team directly will be the quickest way to resolve this. Checking your email spam & promotional folders is a good idea, just in case an email landed there by accident.
If you haven’t received anything at all, then it would be a good idea to reach out to our support team by using this help center link. We can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look at what might be happening. Here on the Shopify Community we can’t access any of your account information, so using my above link will be the best way to receive help.
