Why is my online store currently unavailable?

I register a shopify store a week ago. Customized the theme,set up payment & shipping, pick a lot products to sell (this takes a lot hours of work) and I’m impressed & decided to go Basic Plan $29. After I’ve paid then this message showing

xxxxxxxxxx.myshopify.com is currently unavailable.”

What’s really going on? Payment was charged but I was not able to see my business running.

We are unable to authenticate you for the store in question over our public forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. My suggestion is to check your admin email address to see if a Shopify representative has reached out to you.

If you do not see an email, you can reach out to our support directly by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor.

Once you successfully login to your store, you will directed to our Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with and search. You should then see the option to Get Support located under the search results.
