After evaluating, I see, site is very slow for users with small screen(mobile or tablets) and users with slow internet connection( slow 3G). Out of many optimization opportunities, Here are few main things to focus on :-
Optimize images and use lazy loading to defer offscreen images.
Delete unused Shopify apps.
Use as few hero images as possible.
