I have a problem my store has been suspended. Please check my store I have added a card to pay the bill but my store has been suspended. It does not show me direct communication via Google Chrome

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with logging into your online store! Did you happen to check your admin email to see if you received an email from Shopify regarding this? I would suggest checking your spam/junk folders in case if it has landed there.
Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question using the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. It would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the situation.
If you are unable to successfully login to your online, you can choose the option to Continue without logging in. Whether you are able to login or selected the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search box to locate the option to Get Support under the search results.

We have been with our business completely down since Friday and support didn’t answer yet.
