Hello I run an online store and I’m editing the password page at the moment. Every time I go to view it or edit it there is only a blank white page. It will not allow me to edit it or anything. I’ve tried different browsers also.
Hi, @Neworld . I’m happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I give you helpful advice going forward.
- Which theme are you currently using?
- Has your password page always been blank or is this a recent issue?
- Did you make any changes to your theme or store before you noticed that your password page is blank?
Once I have more information I can share some suggestions to resolve this. In the meantime, I’d recommend doing some troubleshooting to see if we can find out what’s causing this. To start, please preview your password page with a different theme to see if this issue still occurs with other themes. You can do this by going to Online store > Themes in your Shopify admin and locating the theme you want to use for testing. From here, you can either click … > Preview to see a preview of your store with that theme, or you can click Customize to open the theme editor for that theme. Please try this with a theme you have not customized yet. If you need to, you can add a new free theme from the theme store here.
If your password page is working correctly with a theme you haven’t customized, but it won’t work for the theme you’re currently using, this is likely an issue with the theme you’re using. On the other hand, if your password page isn’t working with both themes, the issue is likely caused by something else we’d need to look into more.
