Why is my page not loading correctly in the editor?

Topic summary

  • Out of the Sandbox indicated this seems to be a Shopify platform issue and recommended contacting Shopify support directly

Current status:

  • The issue remains unresolved
  • The store owner has made various attempts to fix it without visible results
  • Next suggested step is to contact Shopify support to investigate why the store is inaccessible

help!

hi,

this message show up when i try to go online..its been like this for some while now..

This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:

  • Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL
  • Page failed to load due to an error

This 90% of the time has to do with the theme files themselves and nothing to do with domains.

If your trying to edit a particular template make sure it actually exists in the code files.

If you need this debugged then contact me directly by mail for services.
Please always provide context, examples: store url, theme name, post url(s) , or any further detail.

Hello Paul,
I have been in contact with Out of the sandbox, this is their response..:

" I wasn’t able to register your theme on your behalf as your store is
down. This looks like a Shopify issue. Have you reached out to Shopify and
check why your store is inaccessible? "

So now I have been fiddling around for a bit, with no visible changes to
the store…

I would love it if it could be solved. Perhaps another name for the shop
would do the trix?

Kind regards, Dyveke
