Are you seeing a banner or prompt in your admin about your Payouts being on hold or did you receive an email? Any additional info you can provide would be helpful.

No e-mail. Not even in a spam folder. Just a notification in the bell button in the top right corner.
It says:
Your Shopify Payments account is on hold
Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify
Payments. Contact Shopify Support for next steps.
