Why is my payment still on hold after providing necessary information?

Hi,

I have received an email to fill out the information that is required to review my account, and it mentioned will be solved within 48-72 hours.

I have already fill out everything needed and the payment is still on HOLD.

I contact support serval times and they have mentioned only the billing team and payment team can handle this case.

They will send an email to me to confirm this matter. HOWEVER, I DO NOT receive anything AT ALL.

How LONG will you suspend my payment?

Hey I received the exact same thing nearly 2 days back. And strangely enough, A customer had purchased an item from my comment sold account and after paying, somehow by defauly it charged it through stripe and was connected somehow to my Shopify account. Called Stripe and they informed me that shopify had to handle it since it was linked through them in the account. Yet I have still not received anything on when they would release my payment to come on through. If I find anything out on my end I will post again. Best of luck with it. I don’t understand why they cant make this process easier by having a person on the phone ready to fix the problem instead of having to rely ion emails that force you to wait FOREVER !!!
