Thank you for reaching out, I would be happy to send you in the right direction with this. This is not something our community members or our support team could investigate with you via our forums. You will need to reach out to our live support team so we can access your account to take a closer look. One thing you may want to look for in your admin homepage is any banners that are asking you to upload documents for Shopify Payments verification. IF so, click this banner and you should see the information of specific documents you will need to upload in order to verify your identity to complete your Shopify Payments set up. If you do not see these banners and/or previously had Shopify Payments set up, you will need to reach out to our support team as mentioned. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. Since this is the required next step for you to take, I will go ahead and mark this as solved for the benefit of others who may stumble across this thread with a similar issue.
