Why is my product page blank after removing a reviews app?

For any reason my product page is BLANK.

It’s was all ok before i tried to install reviews app.

I didn’t liked the look of the reviews app and then I removed the app.

After that all my product pages are BLANK.

It even messed with my backup template. After it happen I tried to publish my backup and it has the same problem.

Tried to upload theme template and nothing. But if I preview the Simple template from shopify the product page works.

What could gone wrong with that app that messed with the published and the backup theme product page? Thanks
