I don’t know what happens since I don’t know to code so I don’t touch that.
The only things I do is install/uninstall apps, and sometime when uninstalling apps I have to delete some junks codes by following tutorials on the app developer website. And I know I didn’t deleted something other than those apps junk codes.
Hard to know what happened exactly, but it could be that you accidentally deleted the liquid snippet that contains your product layout. Are you using a theme from the store, if so, which theme?
If you bought the theme on the Shopify theme store you can re-download it, or install the latest version and copy the layouts so that you can bring back your product template. I would always keep a backup theme in case something like this happens in the future. Can you take a snapshot of your theme structure and files? I could maybe identify something that should be or shouldn’t be there.
I managed to find a track, the problem seems to be with the “related-products” sections. When I put the code in comment, the page isn’t blank anymore but of course related products doesn’t show anymore… And again we didn’t touch a thing regarding the code of this section since the customization in December 2018.
I even tried to duplicate my live theme and change the “related-products” section code with the original code of Prestige theme, and it still appears blank.
With that information, do you still need a capture of my theme structure and files?
Thank you so much for your help ! You’ve been really nice.
I figured out with the help of the theme developer Maestrooo. He helped me even if he didn’t have to.
The problem was that a custom script .js was looking for the announcement bar, that I deactivated without knowing that. I still don’t know how he figured out that the problem was from this script and not a .liquid or whatever but… now it all works back to normal
