Why is my routing number not supported during payment setup?

I am receiving the message “Routing number is not supported” when I try to set up payments. I have chatted twice with no fixes or call backs and it has be almost a week. I need help getting this resolved asap. I have already contacted my bank to verify the information that I am entering is correct. PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for reaching out about this. In cases where the routing number is not supported we recommend trying to use a different bank account if possible. If that is not possible, then our authenticated support team can escalate this for a review to see if this can be resolved.

This is only something that can be resolved by an escalated team, so once you chat in with our authenticated support your ticket should be escalated. It sounds like you have connected with our support team about this, have you had a ticket escalated for a review yet? If yes, then there is nothing more that can be done at this time until the review is complete.
