Why is my Shopify payout still on hold after 72 hours?

the products i am selling on my website are from my personal collection, so i am in compliance with Shopify’s 2023 Attestation for the sale of branded or trademarked products. This attestation is intended to ensure that merchants have the legal right to sell branded or trademarked products, and since i have obtained the products legally and have proof of ownership, then i am in compliance with this attestation.

I have been working with your team regarding a pressing issue and I have not been able to receive a resolution. I understand that you have a large volume of requests, but I am in urgent need of a solution.

I would greatly appreciate it if my ticket could be escalated to a higher level of support for a more prompt resolution. I have been a valued customer of Shopify for a long time and I have confidence in your team’s ability to assist me with this matter.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my payouts. I was informed by a representative of your company that my payout hold would only last a few minutes, however, it has now been 72 hours and I am still owed $7000 in payouts.
