Why is my site showing 'can't be reached' error?

My site is stating the below as of this afternoon and i havent changed anything

This site can’t be reached

cbdhealthuk.co.uk unexpectedly closed the connection.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Please check your subscription to your domain if you buy the domain from 3rd party service or make sure you enter correct domain link

Hi I have checked my Domain and it doesnt renew until may 2024 and is showing active on my google domains ?

The error message ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED typically occurs in web browsers when the connection to a website is abruptly terminated or closed unexpectedly. This error can be caused by various factors which I will share below.

  • Your server may be experiencing problems or may have closed the connection due to an error or maintenance.
  • There could be network disruptions or connectivity problems between your device and the server, leading to the connection being closed.
  • Your firewall, antivirus software, or other security settings may be blocking the connection to your website, resulting in the connection being closed.

When navigating to your website (cbdhealthuk.co.uk) on my end, I’m unable to replicate the error message above. I’ll share a screenshot for better visibility.

Could you share if you’re still unable to access your storefront on your end? If you experience this error message in the future you can try clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different browser/device, check your internet connection or disable any firewall or security software.
