someone made an order to my store and it says incorrect_cvc? The order before that worked just fine tho?

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums with your question. I understand that you have an order that has an error or message about an incorrect CVC.
The CVC code is the 3 digit security code on the back of the customers card and is used for verification. If the CVC was entered incorrectly at the checkout, then that means that the customer either made an error or there is a possibility that the card is being used by someone other then the card holder. Previous orders and their ability to be processed are completely separate from this, as each card is unique.
Was this order successfully processed or did you see this error message in the abandoned cart section?
