Why is my store still deactivated despite no AUP violation?

On May 25 I received an email from Shopify stating that my store would be terminated on May 31 due to breaking the AUP guideline and certain products that were listed in my store even though I never violated this guideline. I called Shopify support a total of 5 times in the span of 12 days and kept being told the same thing over and over again that someone in another department is already aware of the situation and taking a look at my ticket and that I would receive an email reply as soon as possible. It’s been more than 2 weeks and this problem still hasn’t been solved and I still haven’t received an email reply from Shopify. I haven’t been told whether or not my store will remain terminated or stay open and I also have no access to my Shopify Admin so I can’t even request callbacks, close my store, or cancel my monthly subscription. This has been really frustrating and is really affecting my business. At this point I’m really questioning if Shopify has a good support team, the lack of communication and email replies to let me know what is going to happen has really left me disappointed with this platform.
