It looks like there’s an issue with the latest version of Google Chrome at the moment, where some users are running into an error message when loading the admin or viewing a product - “There’s a problem loading this page.” Just to confirm, is this the same issue you’re experiencing? Or, are you experiencing a different loading issue?
If you’re experiencing the same issue, then our developers are currently working on a fix and we’ll be releasing an update shortly. That being said, if you need to access your store in the meantime, then we’d recommend using a different browser, like Safari or Firefox, for the time being.
If you’re experiencing a different loading issue, then we may need to access your account in order to identify the issue and resolve it. However, before having you get in touch with our live support and moving ahead with a support ticket, can you check whether clearing your browser’s cookies and caches helps resolve the issue? Or, can you check if the issue persists across another browser or device?
