hello!! I’m having problem with my store video background. it apply only for iphone device. on pc it doesnt show and on android it doesn’t show as well. help someone?

from here, i followed the steps, and changed the place for the jpg image url to a video(mp4) url.
But this make a section video background. Mine is the whole store with this video background, as i want. The only problem is that it doesn’t work on android and desktop. On ipad, and iphone it works perfectly.
