Why is my trial period ending early?

I signed up for the $1 a month for 3 months trial only a month ago and now got an email stating my trial ends tomorrow. I should have 2 more months so I am super confused :confused: how do I fix this?

In regards to the $1/month for a 3-month trial, could you confirm if you used a promotional code or signed up via email? Could you also advise if you signed up for the Shopify Basic Plan or the Shopify Starter Plan?
