Hello everyone, not sure this is where this post belongs, but i have purchased a yearly plan from Shopify, now that my trial is ending i have a pop up telling me “my trial is almost over and i need to choose a plan”, when i go to my account information it tells me i haven’t purchased any plan and my trial is ending soon. i checked my bank account and the payment went though, i also checked if i was signed into the correct email. Should i call my bank and get my money back or is this just a glitch and my membership will activate after my trial ends?

This is slightly confusing - Is there any chance you may have selected the annual plan for another store/trial/account? To be 100% sure about what has happened here, I would advise reaching out to our live support as they will have access to your account details and can let you know what is going on. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent.
