Hi, my website is down on shopify.
Domain name all paid up and domain support said no problems their end.
What can I do please?
Must have been down for 5 days as we have had no orders.

Is this your store? It’s ok on my side too. Couldn’t you open to your store? Did you check if there is any issue with your ads account?

Thanks for clarifying that you have contacted your domain support for help and they have confirmed there are no problems. Who is your third-party domain provider?
When I click the store link in your post, it appears to bring me to eksunscreen.co.nz which is showing an error of ‘This site can’t be reached’****. However, I noticed that the link text says www.eksunscreen.com which when I manually navigate to it, it works fine and I can see your store. Do you have more than one domain set up on your store, with some sort of redirection perhaps? If so, could you explain how you have this done?
Are you seeing any errors or warnings relating to your domains when you navigate to the Settings > Domains section of your store? Feel free to share some screenshots of this section, as well as of your DNS settings for the domain and we can troubleshoot further.
From what I can tell, the DNS setup for eksunscreen.com looks to be correct, however there are no DNS records available for the eksunscreen.co.nz domain.
