My website is down
I tried opening the website on multiple browsers on desktop and mobile. The error msg is
"This site can’t be reached
www.homeoessentials.in unexpectedly closed the connection."

I understand you are seeing an issue with your store domain where it says ‘This site can’t be reached’ - I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this here.
Have you recently just connected or transferred your domain into Shopify? I tried to access the domain URL myself and it appears this might be a third party domain hosted by GoDaddy, as I can see some GoDaddy logos. Can you confirm that is indeed the case?
I took a quick look at the DNS settings for this domain, and it looks like something isn’t setup quite right. Both the A Record and CNAME are not pointing to the correct Shopify addresses, and I believe this is the reason why the domain is not working. You can see this yourself by following this link here.
In order to fix this, I would recommend checking out our guide on connecting a third party domain to your Shopify store here. It outlines the steps required to set this up. If the domain is in fact a GoDaddy domain, then you can actually set it up automatically which means you shouldn’t have to manually change any DNS settings.
Keep in mind, it can sometimes take approximately 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate across the internet.

We have been running the store for the past 6 odd months. And it’s been hosted on GoDaddy since even longer. (The website was live & working fine till about 2 days ago).
We have not made any change to the DNS settings since the start (so the settings are at least 6 months old).

From what you have described it sounds like you have been using the GoDaddy domain on your Shopify store without issue for approximately 6 months. I had suspected that perhaps the domain may have expired however usually domains are purchased for a full year at a time, so it would be unlikely that the domain expired.
I tried accessing again the URL you provided of www.homeoessentials.in and it appears that it is now working OK - can you confirm you are seeing the same on your side and all looks OK?
It is possible that this was a temporary issue with the GoDaddy domain, however I would advise double checking your account there to make sure all now looks good. From what I can tell, your store domain is operating normally however if you are still noticing issues then please do let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
