There could be a few reasons why the search function on your store is not working.
Can you clarify if you using any third party app for the search module or it is theme’s default search?

In order to provide the best advice possible, please tell me more about the issue with your search function. Does it not yield any results or show unexpected results considering the keywords searched? Sharing your store link and some examples of the issue would be very helpful.
In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme. The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens with it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. Please let me know what happens when you try to replicate the issue on a different theme.
Additionally, our team may be able to look into this for you if you use Shopify free theme and your store has enough complimentary design time left.

Hi! My search bar result wasn’t showing all of a sudden for a while… Tried to install an app to fix this, but every apps costs. ( Lots of great advanced apps tho! )
I actually found out that Shopify default app? was causing the issue. I simply uninstalled the app called " Shopify search & Discovery" and simply my results showed up again! Just wanted to share here if anybody struggling with this issue.
