I open my customize page and when it open there is nothing show on customize page but all are perfect on site page.

Is it product page? If yes then you will need to create a product to customize it.

Which menu did you select before select Default page?
I just click on customize button and redirect to that screen. But I created custom page template based on default page before that then delete it but still no change is there any issue in it?
Go to Online Stores > Pages > click Add page to creat a page, click Save button and go back to Customize for checking again.
