Why is our booking system not functioning properly?

Hello, our booking system is all mess, can you contact us, nothing working, time table, we no get confirmation letter or all clients booking into apps, please can you fix it.

What app are you using for bookings and what kind of bookings are you trying to make?

Thank you for reply, everything was good but one day something happened and our clients can’t book our sunbeds and if they book sometimes so they got wrong email confirmation time, and in our apps no shows what they booked, so I don’t know how explain it but all system mess, and I don’t know how to fix this.
