Its been almost a month now our store has been up and running. We have had not sales yet. what could be the problem and how do we fix this?

You need to do the promotions and adds and some marketting strategy need to be done
Google how to make marketing strategy you will get proper idea about how to promote your products and how to make customer to buy your products
there are many strategy like promoting on social media and various other plateform.

Hey @005 – If you haven’t ran any ads yet, i’d look into doing so. There are quite a few good apps out there that make the process easy, so I’d give that a go!

We have been trying to get the google ads activated but everytime it says some policy ia not been met. Now we are unable to understand what is not in sync. Is there anyway to fix this so that we can use google search marketing tool shopify has.

It’s quite hard to get the first sales, you should be patient, while waiting your sales, you should optimize your store as well as try some promotional channels. Also, this post: 10 Tips to Make the First Sales on Shopify would be useful for you in this case.

Hi so attached is the error I get. I have tried everything possible had a chat with Google Support as well. They sent me this long document of policy asking me to read and see what is not in compliance as they cannot see from their end what is required in our account.
How do i find what is the error and fix it for the account to get attached with Shopify.
