Why is Paypal limiting transactions on my Shopify store?

My Paypal appears to have limitations on Shopify but when I go to Paypal to fix the problem, I appear to have no limitations on Paypal. This problem is restricting payments through Paypal on my Shopify. How do I fix this?

To clarify, are you trying to set up PayPal as a payment option for customers to use on your site? If so, it’s important to ensure that PayPal is an available gateway where your business is based. If it is, then you can follow these steps to set it up on your Shopify account.

When completing those steps, are you seeing any specific error messages in your Shopify admin relating to your PayPal account? If so, can you please take a screenshot of these messages and share them with me here? Before doing this though, I recommend ensuring all of your sensitive, store-specific details are blocked out from any images you post, to help protect your own privacy.

Additionally, have you had a chance to speak with PayPal’s support team about this issue yet? If not, it may be a good idea to reach out to them directly to confirm that your account is set up properly.
