Why is Stripe payment gateway not working on my site?

Hi,

I have a problem with the payment. I added stripe as payment gateway, setup correct but when me or my friend try to make an order we have this error non stop :

There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.

This appears after we complete address and all details in checkout, why is this happening?

Basically I can’t run my shop as I can’t take payments, anyone have any idea what is happening.. ?

To gather a bit of context, can you share your store URL so we can try and replicate the issue? Could you also advise on the following:

  • When did the checkout issue start?
  • If other payment gateways are enabled, can you replicate the issue using them?
  • Have you tried entering different addresses to see if you can proceed through the checkout?
