We have recently added Stripe as a payment method and our costumers just cant pay us trough stripe. A notification appears in the checkout “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method”. What can be the issue?

Without being able to authenticate you, it’s difficult to determine specifically what this issue may be. This will allow us to get you authenticated, and access your store in real-time so we can do some in-depth troubleshooting to better investigate this issue, and help find a resolution.

I set up the price of my products over the minimum ask for the gateway and everything is working!
