I have a customer from Trinidad and Tobago trying to purchase an item from my store (I am located in Canada), and she’s unable to do so because every time she inputs her postal code “00000” the error message “Enter a valid ZIP / postal code for Trinidad & Tobago” keeps popping up. The postal code she is entering is her postal code for her area and she has used it many times when purchasing other things online, so I am not sure why she’s getting that error message. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you.
I found out that in Trinidad and Tobago, they have Postal code specifically to the district and building. Maybe you can ask your customer to try that kind of postal code to see if it works. Here’s an example from Wikipedia:
