We have a similar problem with attribution of sale to staff. Recently the sales would get attributed to random staff, not who were logged in. Then we started the manual attribution. But even with this the sale gets attributed to random staff.
Update: I have tried everything I could think of, update, re-install, iPad updates, iPad reset, different logins, different site logins, and have decided it must be the iPad, either too old or some other issue, and we are going to config and use a different iPad.
Has anyone found a solution to this other than buying a new iPad? This is happening to one staff member in particular. She signs in in the morning but all her sales for the day are assigned to the person who closed the night before. Thanks for any insight.
