Why is Walmart marketplace sales channel so frustrating?

Is anyone else extremely frustrated and disappointed in the Walmart Marketplace sales channel?? I submitted my application over 6 weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone on the Walmart team. Not one word. I’ve tried to contact them through the seller support channel which ends up opening a case and still no one has ever responded. Does anyone have any insight or suggestions?

It seems useless. No updates, nothing. No idea what’s happening.

Did you get your registration done with Walmart Marketplace Sales Channel via Shopify? I know it’s frustrating and we are actually planning to get started anyway.
If you can share the basic road map that would be much appreciated.

I have been trying for the last 4 months to get just a few items listed on Walmart’s market place thru my Shopify store. To say that the experience is a disaster is a compliment to Walmart. NOTHING works on the integration front. When you raise a case, they take their own sweet time. 99% of the time, they ask basic questions. When they do give answers, it is so cryptic that you don’t know the specific steps to take to solve it and you spend 15-30 minutes trying to follow the steps they have laid out. If you are lucky, you will find out. I have raised multiple cases over the last 4 months saying that my inventory doesn’t synch up. The last one i raised was on Jan 4th. Then sent them three reminders to respond over the last few weeks. After 39 days, they responded asking me to explain the problem??? And of course I have only 5 days to respond. Else the case closes automatically. It’s a complete waste of time

You are not alone. I have received the approval banner in my Shopify admin, but nothing from Walmart. I have logged into the Walmart Seller App, but I cannot verify my tax information because it keeps reporting an error. Also, my tax profile is blank in the Seller Center. I’ve submitted 2 help tickets with Walmart after being told Shopify can’t help me. Walmart responded with links that I’ve already read and don’t work. Then, nothing. No replies. Now, I’m here looking for a fix.
