Why isn't Apple Pay appearing on my iPhone at checkout?

Hi all,

I have the Dawn theme and have enabled Apple Pay and Google Pay, from the Payment settings.

I can see the Google Pay icon on check out when I use my PC, however I cannot see the Apple Pay icon when I use my IPhone. I have verified my device meets the minimum requirements and I am using Shopify Payments

Has anyone has this issue and managed to solve it?

Thank you for sharing what theme you’re using and a bit more context around the dynamic checkout buttons.

When it comes to using dynamic checkout buttons, they’re displayed based on the following factors:

  • Your payment settings
  • The customer’s browser
  • The customer’s device
  • The customer’s personal payment history

Therefore, the Apple Pay dynamic checkout option may not always appear for customers based on their settings, devices and other factors listed above. I recommend checking out our resource on Dynamic Checkout Buttons and Enabling Apple Pay for more information.

I’m having the same issue with the same theme? Is working apple pay for you now with the same theme? All setting are good thinking seriously about the theme
