The Apple Pay and Google Pay not showing on checkout page

Hi everyone,

I am working with the payment gateway. I have added Apple Pay and Google Pay on Shopify Payment

But, the button Apple Pay and Google Pay are now showing the checkout page.

Has anyone had this problem yet? Please help me, thanks to you so much.

I’d be happy to check this out for you. Could you provide me with the link to your website so I can check on my end?

For context, these payment methods are known as accelerated checkout methods. These methods use dynamic checkout buttons that can be activated or deactivated on your store. We have a guide here that outlines how to turn it on/off. You’ll want it turned on if you’d like it for customers to see these buttons on your product pages.

Also, there are some requirements for these accelerated checkouts to be available for customers. Let’s talk Apple Pay: When a customer visits your online store using Safari on iOS 10 or macOS Sierra, they see a button with the Apple Pay logo. The customer can tap or click the button to make a purchase with Apple Pay. After they do, they’ll see the shipping and billing information they added to their wallet, as well as the cost of the order, shipping rates, and taxes.

TLDR: Apple Pay will not show if the user does not have Safari on iOS 10 or macOS Sierra.

We tested on Safari on iPhone IOS 13.3.1 and Mac OS 10.15.6, but the button Apple Pay not showing on the Checkout page.

Hey @DungLe2603 ,

It’s strange. Can you try with a fresh copy of your theme if it shows the buttons on the checkout? Maybe a code added by you or someone else might be hiding it.

I think you got me wrong. What I’m saying is to make a backup of your current theme and then download and publish a fresh copy of your theme and then check if the issue persists or not.
