i have a payment issue my card is active but i can’t make the payment i need to make

I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue with your billing. Have you gone over our billing FAQ to verify that your card is an accepted payment method for your store? If you haven’t yet, you can read through our payment card requirements below.
Your card must:
- be a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express or a debit card that is co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
- be capable of accepting international charges in USD
- be capable of making online purchases
- be capable of accepting recurring billing
- have appropriate funds available
- not have a restriction on how much the bank will allow to be processed at once
In addition to the above, the billing address and details you enter must be the same as what your bank has on file.
If your card doesn’t fulfill any of the requirements, you may use a different card. Alternatively, you may use Shopify Balance or Paypal, if they are available in your region. There’s more information on those payment methods on this page. If your card is valid but is having issues, please reach out to your payment card provider.
