Please help me with this. Under my facebook sales channel, facebook page setting just gives me an error of - no existing business page found
This gives me anxiety as my facebook page and connected instagram pages are active. I have no idea why shopify is not recognising.
I have checked page roles, people, pages setting, domain, business assets everything under business manager and they all are configured correctly.
Shopify has been sending me different instructions with steps abd they all are already configured on my business manager. I have no idea who can help me. I’m kinda lost
Sorry to hear this is happening! I can totally understand the anxiety surrounding not being able to see your business page working as expected.
Is there any chance you can provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
I would suggest reviewing our troubleshooting forum here as well as attempting to view your Sales Channel from a different browser altogether.
It might be worth double checking that you’re meeting all requirements and to review permissions related errors here.
Can you detail what you’ve been instructed to try so far? I’ll do my best to help you out but want to avoid giving repetitive instructions to try and solve this for you asap.
Thank you so much for taking time to respond to me. So far shopify has asked me to send them screenshots of authorised people as admin under users - people where I have sent and verified I’m added as admin.
However they found out later on that my email address (the one I use to login Facebook my personal account) wasn’t added so I then edited user and added my email address.
Then I was asked to wait for 7 days for Facebook to update this info.
It was done on 13th June
This is 23rd June but still same issue. Under sales channel, shopify cannot locate business page and it keeps saying to create one.
Just FYI im alsp doing my own research and its too much. Information is overwhelming.
I am unable to add my shop as it keeps saying my RADIANT SKIN CO page needs to have enough presence on Instagram. And that is alsp affecting that I cant have commerce manager account
Not sure this is the reason I can’t add Facebook sales channel and connect my page.
Just FYi my domains are verified. My business manager ID also is the same as I see in Facebook so there is no mismatch for sure.
