Hi there @vantranziczac !
I just tried to access your store from my location, though it appears there is some sort of block in place from a Shop Secure app.
I’m happy to take a look at how the issue you mentioned appears on your store if it would be possible to access your store for me from my location.
Without being able to access the store, I am not able to reproduce or confirm this behaviour, but can still provide some advice on how you can analyse and address this yourself.
In cases like this I would strongly suggest that you test this out yourself by downloading a fresh, unedited copy of a free theme from our theme store.
You can check to see if the issue exists on the new theme copy too, or if it is confined to the current theme you’re using.
If it is not present on that unedited theme this lets us know that it is likely localised to the theme you’re using now and is not likely to be an issue with the core Shopify admin.
Should that be the case, let me know the name of the theme you’re using now so we can check on how you can get support for that theme.
Hi Don,
I already turned off the Shop Secure App, could you please check again my web issue “Add to cart does not work”?
Thank you so much for your help.
Hi again @vantranziczac !
Thanks for removing that, I have been able to access your store okay now and can confirm the issue with adding to cart you mentioned is present.
Your next step would still be to get a fresh, unedited copy of a theme you can test this out on yourself.
If the behaviour is not present on the new theme, this means it is likely coming from your current theme.
In that case, we can look at where this theme was developed, so we can determine how you can get support for this.
Once you have tested this out, let me know how you get on and what the name of your current theme is as it was originally downloaded so we can get you the support you need for this!
