Why isn't my Dawn theme sticky header functioning properly?

Hello,

I am using Dawn theme for my store www.florabymillie.com. I have the sticky header enabled in my header section but it is not working. How can this be fixed please ?

i can see your header perfect work sticky but different way current sticky work scroll up and dawn please check if you need change this let now what do you need.

Thanks for your reply but I don’t understand. The header disappears when I scroll up.

I tested and it works fine. Sticky header shows up when you scroll up, refer:

Ok, I thought a sticky header was supposed to stay sticky scrolling down & up. I asked for feedback on my store & someone came back to me to tell me I needed a sticky header. So confused.

You want it to always be sticky even when scrolling down?
