I just created a discount code for my webiste - www.911reliefusa.com When I went to test it, and put in the exact quantity of the items the discount should apply to, I get a message that the code does not apply.
I am trying to offer a free product for any purchase of 2 of a different product.

From what you’re describing it sounds like you’ve created a Buy X Get Y discount code. An important thing to note with this type of discount code is that all of the products need to be added to the cart in order for the code to work. This means you would have to add 2 of the first product, and then 1 of the product you want to be free. Then, once you apply the code, the price of the third product will change to zero.
