Hi Guys,
i ran a facebook ad campaign and got my 1st purchase. Facebook is reflecting that there was a purchase on the ad manager dashboard, however the sale is not reflecting on my shopify orders. i have confirmed that the store is integrated well is working fine. What time might be the problem or cause of this? thank you
