Trying out motion theme, cannot get video hero section to work ive tried YouTube links, direct mp4 through Shopify file upload, changed file size and ratios. Nothing works

Thank you for reaching out. What happens when you try and upload a video to the Motion theme? Does an error message appear or does the upload seem to be successful but the video does not play?
You can refer to our guide on adding product media to ensure that you are taking the right steps, and you can also check out the theme developer’s documentation on adding videos to the Motion theme. If you are following the right steps but still cannot get the video to play, I’d recommend contacting the theme developer directly so they can help you troubleshoot this issue.
