Hi, I have listed one item succesfully with the ebay channel but now I am finding that when I create a new product within shopify, it is not being made available to list through the ebay channel.
I have activated the channel on the listings.
Does it take some time to show as available to publish after activating?
Is anyone having better success through this channel ?

I’m glad to hear that you were able to successfully list your item on the eBay channel. When you initially install the eBay app for Shopify, your existing products are automatically made available for eBay. Now that you are looking to add new items, you must make them available for the eBay sales channel.
If you head over to to your Shopify admin, click on the eBay channel, and check out the Look at the Status section, you should see two categories: X products are ready to publish and X products need review. From there, you will be able to see which items are available. If you are running into issues, you can reach out directly to eBay by following this link here.

thanks for attempting to help. Unfortunately, I need more questions answered about this app for listing from shopify to ebay as it doesn’t seem to function so well.
From your answer, it looks likes ebay support this app and not shopify. Do I understand this correctly?
