We recently changed plans for our store to bring it online again after pausing it (we are not back on the Basic Plan) and I’ve noticed that if someone tries to visit our site it still shows up with a ‘COMING SOON’ notification and they can’t access the site. Can someone help me understand why? Is there a setting I need to reset somewhere to make the site live again? At this point I’ve paid for over a month of subscription only to learn now the site is not available! For reference/if it helps, the website is www.greenrhinotradingcompany.com.au I can’t seem to find a way to chat with Shopify anywhere though I know I have done this in the past. Not sure if it’s unavailable today because of Thanksgiving in the USA but this is frustrating! If anyone can help guide me that would be great! Thanks in advance. Diana
Go to /admin panel > Online Store > Preferences > Scroll down and look for “Password Protection” section > remove the Check mark under “Enable password”.
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are having some difficulties connecting with our Support Team. Thank you for the help @Nick_Marketing !
It looks like you currently have your store set up to be password protected. You can disable this feature by going to Online Store > Preferences in your admin. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see a checkmark beside “enable password,” once you remove that checkmark; your store will be accessible to everyone.
If you need further assistance, you can contact our Support Team by email, live chat, or callback request through our Help Center. You will need to log in, select your shop, search a topic, then click “Continue” at the bottom of the page to find contact options.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
