As @GeraldKenn has mentioned, from the screenshot you shared you’re currently on the Starter Plan which doesn’t include an online store or the navigation menu. You can upgrade to the Shopify Basic Plan if you’d like to have an online store and additional functionalities like the navigation menu. Once upgraded to Basic, you’re on the Basic trial until the trial period ends.

For your second query, are you still experiencing a technical issue when navigating to your Shopify admin? In the meantime, I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps listed below to see if it rules out any issues.

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
