Why isn't my Shopify interface working on my computer?

On my computer, everything shopify does not work, there is no interface, I can not even register

It might be the device you are using to view, is it an old computer?

Tested it on 3 different devices I have access to and it all appears as it should?

There isn’t any coding issues as far as I can see as it scales perfectly on multiple different screen sizes I have access to, if you can view it on another PC/Laptop and see if it has the same issues for you then you may need to invest in some site optimisations to make it work properly for older devices.

Your store does load fine for me, I do not get the same error screens you are encountering so I believe this may be an issue with either the device you are using or your internet connection. Some local troubleshooting steps you can do to hopefully help resolve this are:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try on another web browser or an incognito window.
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device
