Why isn't my Tiktok pixel tracking despite successful installation?

My store URL is zanity.co

I’ve installed my tiktok pixel through Shopify and it says on the backend that it is connected. But when I go to my store URL, the google extension tiktok pixel helper says “No Tiktok pixel requests detected yet” even though on Shopify it says it’s connected.

I reviewed the frontend of your site and confirm that the pixel is not added on the frontend. There might be some issue with the tiktok pixel integration. However, you can add pixel to the theme via hardcoded approach.

Do you know what the code is? And where/how to paste it?

We will have to follow the official document https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/standard-events-parameters?lang=en to add the pixel events to the site. I searched but could not find a readymade code for shopify. We will have to custom write code to generate this pixel.

I don’t know anything about coding so not sure how I’m gonna custom write code. I also don’t know how to paste it on the backend of my store.

Hi @xJimmyx28 ,

If you can provide me the titok pixel id to me, I can provide you with the code for purchase event. However to implement all the events correctly, I will have to rite costom codes as per your store which is time consuming.
