i use the tiktok pixel app on shopify. ive connected everything and checked everything. My first pixels worked completely fine, but with my latest one, it doesnt track anything on the testing page so i havent run any ads yet to see if it works. but in the overview on tiktok it does show that its tracking (image below). With the pixel helper, the pixel also doesnt show. Im using the shrine theme i dont know if thats the reason that its not working.

Yes, but its already fixed. I dont know what happend it just magically worked
I have same problem. I installed pixel through Tiktok offcial app on shopify but the pixel doesnt show. I based in Asia but working on a tiktok account in Germany. I did change my vpn to Germany and tried to connect pixel to shopify again but nothing changed. Can you help me fix this
