I upload the logo, but as you can see in the next picture, it isn’t appear.
and if it’s getting displayed, it should be like this
(but I like the header menu position in the first picture)
what should I do?

I checked code, looks like even though you uploaded the logo, it is not been rendered into code, please make sure that you uploaded it in correct place, else I recommend to contact shopify support than anyone here as it is default theme and they can help much better.
