anyway to fix this? I downloaded an app called trust bear badges maybe it messed up the coding?

Due to the limitations of mobile web browsers, it is not possible to autoplay video on mobile.
This is for saving battery/bandwidth on mobile devices.
Hi @Luxurymrkt you can autoplay the videos on mobile, but for that you need to add the custom code, and as you have mentioned that you have just installed some app and you are correct that it should have messed up the code, so, you need to look into your code files and add the custom code that will fix this issue.
I can’t provide you the exact code as for providing the exact code I will need to look into your theme code file and the code that other app has installed in the theme to solve this issue.
