Why isn't my website header cart link clickable?

Hi, My website header Cart link is not clickable , and in the mobile menu icon , cart icon, account icon is not working (is not clickable) just in homepage (everything is working perfect on other pages like collections and other pages) please help…

The homepage slider has some bugs.

Please try to add more images into the slider or remove the slider section.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can see that @SimonD has provided some helpful feedback for your homepage slider. What theme are you currently using? I was able to replicate the error on my end and could not click any of the icons displayed in your storefront header.

There’s a few steps I’ll share to see if this is an issue directly within your theme code:

  • Rolling back your theme code to an older version of your theme. This can help identify if there is any issues that may have occurred if you’ve recently edited your theme or input code.
  • Previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme. This can help test if the issue lies within the previous theme you were using. You can follow the steps within the resource linked to add a free theme within your Shopify admin > Theme library.
  • If you’re using a Shopify powered theme, on the Basic Shopify plan or higher and if there is no coding or apps affecting your storefront header you may be eligible for design time. Design time is 60 complimentary minutes used by the Theme Support team to make small customization’s or changes to your theme.

I’ll share this resource on what supported themes and customizations are included. You’re able to click into each theme to see what supported customization is listed for that theme. For the cart icon in the header, there might be added some conditions in the code which need to be checked from the admin side.

And for mobile view icons the link are not kept >> https://prnt.sc/24gzn6h

Please seek the help of a developer who can check the code and fix it.
